Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the entire home buying or selling process, from initial consultation to closing the deal.
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with current real estate trends and property values.
• Assist clients in preparing their properties for sale, including staging, marketing, and showcasing.
• Conduct property viewings and arrange open houses to attract potential buyers.
• Provide accurate and reliable information to clients regarding property prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other related matters.
• Negotiate offers and counter offers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, other agents, and industry professionals to generate referrals and promote repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Valid real estate license in Arizona.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
• Familiarity with real estate software and online listing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
